My mother-in-law really liked the French manicure and smart pedicure done by Vlad. She also liked Alice at the front desk, she is very polite. I highly recommend this salon.

I'm so impressed! The salon is beautiful and the staff are so kind and friendly. Everyone really puts you at ease. Seda did my lash tint and lift and WOW! I'm so very pleased. She made sure I was comfortable and was so thorough! I'm not entirely convinced that she didn't magically replace my lashes entirely. I'll certainly be back!

Dallas was excellent! This is the best pedicure I have ever had. I came in with low expectations as I'm very picky and notice every flaw and imperfection. I have been to probably 10 different nail salons in Norfolk over the years. This was the best so far. Dallas was incredibly detail oriented and thorough!!! I am very impressed. Thank you for excellent service at a reasonable price!

Exceptional customer service and professionalism! Dasha provided me one of the best manicures I've ever had. I've been going to the same salon for the past 8 years and until recently had no reason to look elsewhere. After a handful of bad visits I decided it was time to move on. After a bit of searching I made an appointment with Vogue. I hit the jackpot! And, Dasha has a new regular client.

I am very happy with the visit. I did a Vulcan pedicure and liked everything very much. Olga took professional care of my nails, gave me a great foot massage. You can go to her just for the massage. Plus Oksana recommended facial cosmetics. The salon has professional cosmetics for facial care.

Vlada, at the ODU location, is absolutely AMAZING! I’ve gotten several gel mani/pedis from her and I’m constantly getting compliments on my nails. I’ve never had better French nails in my life. She pays attention to detail yet works quickly. The salon is nice and relaxing. I definitely plan to visit for other services.

Dasha has done my nails twice since finding this spa/salon. Quick & efficient and they have turned out absolutely stunning both times. Highly recommend for all your manicure needs! I left with my beautiful red French tips and cannot wait for my next set.

I’ve never experienced such detailed and gentle work! My nails were atrocious from moving my daughter cross country and setting up a new place. They were actually raw, and Dasha could not have been more kind and caring. Sad this salon does not exist in my home state!

I had such a nice appointment this evening at Vogue Lashes and Spa. Kate was the nail tech and Seba was my esthetician. At the point of booking, I loved the online reservation process. The salon was ready and on time for my appointment when I arrived. Kate did a great job with my pedicure. Seba was excellent with various services and really took her time to ensure my needs were met. I am really happy especially how my eyebrows look.

This is the best European nail salon in Norfolk. The ladies here are professional, gentle, meticulous, and do an excellent job. I’ve visited half a dozen times and I’ve never left disappointed. Truly a great team here and my (European based gel) nails are always beautifully done and last well up to four weeks. 5/5 recommend
