There was a bit of a mix up with my appointment this morning. After I left w/o having my Lashes done, I received a text from the salon. They were very apologetic and did everything possible to get me an appointment this afternoon. Great customer service and I really felt appreciated and valued as a customer. Now I have my Lashes filled and of course they look beautiful!! I'm so thankful that I found this salon and will definitely keep coming back!!

My lashes and brows look great! I can’t wait to see how the lash lift and lash and brow tint looks after 24 hours. The salon was very relaxing and clean. I’ll definitely come back.

Rebecca did an amazing job on my lashes. On my first visit with her she took care in building out my extensions as my lashes weren’t on the best of shape due to previous salon. She asked that I be patient with her. This visit we were able to add more volume and they look amazing.

Neck and shoulder massage was great! I enjoyed the head massage especially with the small apparatus. However I would have liked a more tension scalp massage. I felt there was a lot of scratching while shampooing and using conditioner. Perhaps slower motions and not too fast so that it is more relaxing.

Jazel is THE hair queen! she never disappoints and I leave the salon with so much volume and confidence.

2nd experience with Amanda, she provides excellent services, makes you feel welcome and comfortable while in her salon. She is truly an artist and knows what she is doing.

My first time booking with Jazel was back in December I wanted a haircut, I questioned myself if I really wanted shoulder length hair. I came across her work and booked!! That first appointment was great, Jazel was so nice and professional! Second appointment was for a partial balayage I have NEVER let anybody touch my hair before and she was the first one, my hair came out AMAZING!!! Even though I been going for a couple of months every experience is great even with Amanda as well!! Never going to another hair salon 🥹

Absolutely a successful trip to Lashes and Shears! I was so nervous leading up to my appointment because I was doing a big chop.
