Val worked her magic on my son’s thick, unruly hair. I’ll never get over how considerate she is of his feelings and how sensitive she is to his sensory issues. Like most boys his age, he has to be dragged into the salon, but he always leaves ApPIERances in a great mood.

I went in to get gel nail polish removed from another salon. Val did a great job removing it with damaging my nails. I also had soo much fun these ladies are so sweet and have so many interesting things to tell you. I honestly can’t wait to go back!!

Val and Elizabeth are super nice ladies, very welcoming. I am a newcomer to Lititz and very happy with my haircut! Highly recommend.

My experience is always great in at Appearances. They treat the customers like family. Well, Halloween 👻🎃 is coming fast. So maybe you would like to do orange, or purple in your hair for a party or something. Or just for fun for the truck,or treaters. Val is fantastic and a wizard with my teen sons’ hair. She is a master stylist and yet so down to earth with my kiddos. They used to put up a huge fight to get their hair cut but now they enjoy going to the salon (and Liz with her basket of treats certainly influences that)!

Carmen did an amazing job on my son’s very tricky hair. She was also extremely respectful of his sensory sensitivity. He dislikes getting his haircut (or any other sitting still activity) but he was quite pleased with how he looked and walked out of the salon feeling very confident!
