The shampoo Blow-dry , She explained everything in detail, even remembered the nape of my neckline, great brushing. Blow-dry n styling tools as well products she used. Blow-dry was awesome.

My experience at IIC Plainville was wonderful! Andrea talked me through every step she was taking and was cautious about cutting off the exact length I wanted. She was friendly & I enjoyed my time at the salon overall. I will be back!

Had a good experience at IIC Plainville, this location is clean and the students and educators are friendly. Educators address students actively. Only issue is I was scheduled for a 9 am appt. and students are not required to arrive until 9:15. After a twenty minute wait, I was ready to leave. If you can not be seen before 9:15 appointments should not be scheduled for 9 am.

Kate was such a nice person to work with and took great care of her client. She showed concern when asking about water temperature, tried extremely hard to remove excess dye on skin around hairline, and consulted her teacher throughout the entire process to make sure she was taking the correct steps. And, as always, my hair came out beautiful! Amazing work for an amazing price! I absolutely recommend IIC Plainville for your own salon hair services!

My experience was wonderful!!! This was my third time there with a hairstylist named Dani and she is amazing! I think more people need to come visit the salon. All the girls are in different phases and the teachers will stand and walk around to make sure everything is going well with the client. But this place is a hidden Gem. And my hairstylist Dani she is AMAZING I give this place ten stars.

My stylist and her teacher were wonderful. They have me a cut and color that I love. The environment inside the salon got a bit wild at times. Other girls dancing and turning up the music to a song they liked. I understand it is a school and these girls are young. But they should also be a little more professional while there are clients around.

Ellie has cut my hair several times and I have always been very pleased with the results. The atmosphere at the salon/school is always light and enjoyable. Very clean also.

My stylist (whose name now escapes me, but it begins with a D) did a fantastic job. I have been to salons where I paid twice as much and the stylist didn't even spend 10 minutes. 'D' took her time to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be back!
