I am having great experience working with Andrea. She is always incredibly helpful in explaining the pros and cons of different options, and she takes the time to ensure I fully understand the process and upcoming results. Andrea is very patient and thorough when addressing concerns, which makes it easy to feel comfortable and confident in her care. I had my eyebrows tinted and shaped. I appreciate Bernadette’s expertise. The colour she offered is just right, dark but not too dark. The shaping is what I asked for. The bonus was a little massage around the eyebrows afterwards.
