Always an exceptional experience when visiting the awesome nesian nails salon!. Amazing professional friendly staff with skills I have yet to come across else where which is why I never go anywhere else!!!. Attention to detail is one of many reasons I always recommend the services here to family and friends. I love how comfortable I'm made to feel when i have bookings!. I have been coming here to Kess since 2022 and the results they produce on my hair is unmatched, not to also mention the prices are affordable and worth it! I’m talking almost $40 cheaper for a hair wash, dry and GHD straightening compared to other salons. Also the advice they give to ensure healthy hair and also not overselling their products but giving recommendations. I always go here when I can but they’re usually full so always book an appointment to secure a spot! I have never left here disappointed and today after a long night shift I felt so good and pampered with my hair🥰

This was arguably the best experience I’ve had at a hair salon in NZ. Despite Jay’s busyness, she took the time to do an excellent job with absolute patience and care. I didn’t feel this young and good about myself in a long while- definitely worth the 30 min trip

The best first time experience, awesome customer service by Sepora and the team at Halo Hair Salon. So welcoming my hair looks amazing, walked out feeling brand new! They give you feed back, also advise you what they are and will be doing etc. honestly hands down the best! Will definitely be going back there. 💯 Sepora is the best! 😊 feeling brand new again.

You know it's good when I'm walking out of the salon like I have an alter ego and a bad b*tch attitude. I got a Keratin treatment done on medium length thick hair and, Jo, who was my stylist slayed the Mufasa mane outta my hair. She's giving sleek, silky and lush~ Jo was professional, great to talk to and explained the process to help put me at ease since I mentioned it'd be a long time since my hair had been professionally cut/styled. Thank you to Jo at Halo Hair! Definitely coming back.

All your beauty needs in one place. Wow brilliant lil hidden gem in heart of Otahuhu. The owner Dee & her lovely team of ladies worked their magic on the Friday I visited. Best customer service ever! First time visiting them and from the beginning they were very welcoming and made me feel at home. All staff were very bubbly and friendly. They even offered drinks and food to my sister and I while I was getting my hair done. From consultation to finishing touches everything was perfect. Coming from an islander with thick hair they surely worked their magic and made me feel beautiful and someone new. Would totally recommend to anyone who is looking for a go to salon! I’ve found my new go to for hair maintenance. They are affordable and pricing matches the service!
