The level of professionalism, talent and warmth exhibited by the staff truly sets this salon apart. Maddie, my nail technician is an absolute gem. Her work is flawless and I love the results. Beckie was amazing as per usual, she has been doing my eyebrows and other various treatments for me for a while now. Even with these uncertain times (covid) the ladies have gone above and beyond to make sure the beauty salon and their clients are 100% safe. Can’t recommend Illusions enough! Always a pleasure having my treatments done here 🤩 I refuse to go anywhere else! 🥰

My first Luxury Pedicure with Jass. The treatment was so relaxing and my feet are so smooth! I have very hard, dry and rough skin on my feet, if you have the same, this is definitely one to add on your list!! One of my favourite treatments the beauty salon offers. Very reasonable price. Only an hour and 15 minutes to have done but worth the wait. Thanks again to Jass.

Maddie today was my superstar. I know she always has been but she magically made me a nail when one of mine had come completely off leaving me bald with just skin !!. Everyone Charlotte for my lashes Katie for brows moved appointments around to accommodate me and fit me in with Maddie so appointments with everyone flowed in my hour of need. Where would you find a salon anywhere going that extra special mile to do that the fabulous amazing and very muched loved by me Illusions thats where . Love ❤️ you all and life would be a dull place without you 😘😘xxx

Although this salon isn’t the most luxurious, the beauticians are always welcoming and provide the best lip wax I have ever had - that includes all the different staff I have seen. I have been somewhat disappointed in the standards that many other beauticians have provided. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

As always Maddie worked miracles on my bitten and chewed disgusting nails .I am always ashamed and embarrassed at what I have done to her patient artist work to my nails previously but she never complains and sorts them out and makes them beautiful again .have promised to try harder to leave them alone in 2025 🙄please don't be embarrassed come to the salon all the girls are lovely and will transform your nails you will never look back .
