My hair was quite badly damaged from colouring at another salon (not Makeup Box!) and I was made to feel at ease that the damage would be repaired. Had all my split ends cut off and my hair looks so much healthier already!

Was so nervous having a complete change of my hair (from black box dye) Gerry was so friendly and amazing at what she does made me feel really comfortable and I trusted her 1000% x i will definitely be returning to her soon :-) x really happy with everything she did for me today x I also get my eyelashes done with Bryony who is also amazing at what she does and have always been over the moon with her work x and yet another great set of lash infills today x They are all such a lovely bunch of people that work in this salon (and the coffee is 5* haha) x Thankyou everyone xxx

Michelle always gives a warm welcome to her beautiful little salon. Welcomed with a lovely cup of tea. The salon is always clean, tidy and presentable ready for my appointment. Michelle, is calm, patient and always delivers my requests no matter how great or small! Michelle is very knowledgeable with colours and style. Felicity always makes me feel like a princess every time I’m there and I will never go anywhere else. The salon is so pretty and welcoming and it always feels like a treat just being in there. Oh and I LOVE my hair! Seriously felt invincible walking down the street today with my bouncy new hair and people turning left and right to look at it xxx

Can not recommend Jodie enough, she is friendly , professional and takes such pride in her work. I felt relaxed in the clean and comfortable salon from the moment I arrived. I had had a bad experience with my brows and lashes but Jodie has restored this, they have never looked so good. Thanks Jodie.

Really happy with my nose and Botox! I’ve been coming to Hazell for the last few years now and every time I go I’m made to feel so comfortable and relaxed. Hazell always talks me through the procedure that I’m having done before we get started and I feel like she makes the effort to make you feel well looked after.
