She’s incredibly friendly, easy to chat to, and makes every appointment feel like catching up with a friend. Her warmth and down to earth nature put you at ease the moment you walk into the salon. I always look forward to my appointments, not just for the great haircut, but for the great conversation too! Sam is also super flexible and accommodating, often going out of her way to find time for you even when her schedule is full. She truly goes above and beyond 😁

Amazing! Would never go anywhere else now and haven’t done for the past couple of years. My lash appointments take just over an hour and then last so well that I don’t need to return for 6 weeks. Jade is super friendly too, always ensuring I feel comfortable and she is so easy to talk to. I’ve had everything from natural to full glam for a wedding and they always look and feel great. She is really gentle (so much so, I’ve actually fallen asleep in the chair!) and always ensures they feel comfortable before I leave. Just amazing!
