Had such a fabulous first visit here! I am always anxious entering a new beauty salon and Rhianna put me at ease right away. Had a beautiful facial, my skin is super soft and I felt very relaxed and I’ve learned more about my skin 💕 Cannot wait to book back in ASAP, will be booking a longer session too, I enjoyed it that much. First visit for gel nails and toes yesterday. Welcoming staff, spotlessly clean salon and calming atmosphere. Sharon was very friendly, professional and skilled. I am delighted with my nails, they have never looked so good.

Oh my goodness, Sharon has got magic hands!! She has just given me the most amazing full body massage, it felt so relaxing and Sharon was very attentive and experienced. The salon is lovely and the staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend No.37 and Sharon for a massage, you won't regret it!!! I'll definitely be returning!

I have been going to Julia since Feb/March and I would never go anywhere else now! I have had lash sets, eyebrow laminations, lash lifts and tints and a set of BIAB extensions as part of her new venture into nails and I can honestly say Julia is such a perfectionist. I have never had any treatment that I haven’t absolutely loved! She makes me feel comfortable and we end up spending the time chatting, laughing and listening to music! I get anxious about the idea of going to a salon and Julia’s beauty room is the perfect balance of comfort and girly pamper 🦋 I could not recommend her enough!

I’d recommend Abbie 100% she is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is the only person I trust to do my lashes as I’ve tried loads of salons and every time they’ve fallen out within a few days but not with Abbie :) she is such a kind soul and is more like a friend than a lash tech, makes you feel so comfortable and creates the most beautiful lashes. So talented xx

Had my first ever bikini wax today at big beauty and relaxation was a bit apprehensive but roz is totally amazing she makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed if you need anything doing like this please give roz a try you definitely will not regret it she’s amazing

I went to Big Beauty and Relaxation today for a hot stone massage - I entered very tense and stressed but after Ros worked her magic I floated home. It was amazing!! She has the magic touch. The massage was firm but relaxing which is difficult to do, I should know I’ve tried many therapists and no one has got it just right… until now. I 100% recommend and will be a regular client. Thank you Ros for de stressing me! X
