When making booking ,Megan explained what was to happen,on day of treatment was welcomed with a smile,shown to beauty room. Was told exactly what was being done,what and if I would feel anything, and what the treatment was for. Very pleasant girl

I cannot recommend Nat enough, she is the best person to go to for any facials. I tried lumi pro skin boosters yesterday and my skin feels firmer already. Nat is very professional, friendly and has a lovely salon room. I will be back soon for my usual, thank you xxx

I’ve been going to Jenny for years & she is amazing! I took my mum & sister today for the first time & both Jenny & Lucy made them feel so welcome & spoilt them! I would recommend the salon to anyone who wants a treatment & to relax. Xx

Gorgeous morning with the wonderful Bella! Had a gel mani / pedi, absolutely wonderful treatments with a great choice of colours. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this salon, their professionalism, friendly nature and spa like atmosphere is perfect for a little self care.

Such a beautiful soul. From the moment I walked in the salon, I knew I was in safe hands. The moment I walked into JL’s Hideaway Beauty & Aesthetics, I was instantly impressed. The space is spotless, warm, and incredibly inviting. I had bio nails done and will definitely be returning for more treatments. The therapists are amazing, down to earth, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I felt completely relaxed throughout my visit. Great first visit to this salon. Zoe listened to my ideas and we discussed at length what would be best for my short hair. The cut is amazing and Zoe explained how I should dry/style my hair. I will definitely be returning.
