Mary was so welcoming and friendly. I usually feel really uncomfortable in settings like that but she put me at ease straight away. Everything was explained start to finish and all set up on arrival. Amazing at what she does and felt at ease and so comfortable. The salon is beautiful and relaxing. Thank you for lovely experience. Can’t wait to come back! Xx

Always love my treatments - September is warm and welcoming, and I couldn’t be happier with the services I received! This time I had a pedicure and my brows done. The pedicure was so relaxing, and my feet have never felt softer or looked better. She uses high-quality products and takes her time to ensure everything is perfect. My brows have never looked this good! She shaped them perfectly to complement my face. The salon is clean, well-organized, and has a lovely ambiance. September clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows. I highly recommend her services.

I had a Hollywood wax done by misha, she was very professional and she made me feel at ease during the treatment. I’ve been going to the glam for for a while now and I would definitely recommend. I have my makeup done here from time to time and it’s always spot on and lasts all night. Beautiful clean salon and great atmosphere xxx

Lucy has been doing my lashes for a few years now. She is amazing at all things lashes and brows and has been in the beauty industry for years. She is meticulous and professional and will always advise her you on the correct extensions to avoid damage to your natural lashes. Literally, the best lash and HD brow tech in St Albans and Hertfordshire. Her at home salon is clean, welcoming and cosy. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Thank you so much Lucy! ❤️

I Would definitely recommend a visit here. Shaun was knowledgeable and such a nice person, cut my hair exactly how i wanted it. Also really happy with my colour applied by Ruby. The salon was busy with a lovely happy vibe about it. Great local salon if you live in Hatfield 😊

Shaun is a fantastic hairdresser. I instantly felt at ease and he took time to understand what I wanted. I left feeling so much better about my hair and booked to have colour correction as I felt confident that I was in safe hands. Salon is clean and welcoming and the staff are friendly. Janka is an outstanding beauty therapist. I have been a long-standing client for massage, facial, waxing and nail treatments, and all have been of excellent quality. Janka is polite, professional, quick to respond to requests, and has always been available for last-minute bookings. Janka always takes time to understand my requirements, and it is a treat to visit the chalet and feel pampered.
