Been to see Claudie twice now and both times I’ve had an amazing experience. My first appointment was for a Korean lash lift and it lasted so well. I’ve now just had a facial and it was so relaxing and had so many steps to it. My skin looks great!

Clare is professional but very friendly and chatty so the atmosphere in her salon is relaxed. She does a great job with nails too transforming them into looking elegant.

It was my first time getting my nails done by Katie and I absolutely love them! From the moment I arrived she made me feel welcome and relaxed. The salon was really easy to find and she sent information over regarding the location which was helpful. Katie is so so lovely and her salon is gorgeous! It was my first time at Pretty and Polished today. Katie sent directions on how to arrive at her location. Happy friendly made sure I was aware of what I booked prior to treatment occurring. The treatment I had was a microdermabrasion facial. I would highly recommend. Thank you Katie

Claudie is a great therapist. Made sure to ask what I wanted to achieve with my facial and took her time to choose the right products that I needed for my skin. Pressure for the massage was perfect and she was very attentive to make sure it was good through the facial. Really relaxing and my skin looks glowy and feels great!

Clare always gives me a warm welcome. She is friendly, kind and offers a great service. My nails and toes always look fabulous after she has finished them. She has a large selection of nail colours to choose from. She does the best eyebrow wax as well. The salon is very clean and warm.

She is incredibly lovely, warm, and welcoming, while still being highly professional. I feel completely confident in her care. I had an eyebrow lamination with Claudie on Friday afternoon, Claudie was very professional and explained each step as she did them. The room was very relaxing, a perfect start to the weekend! Absolutely love the finished result too. Would highly recommend.
