Today was my first visit to this salon where I had a full set of Hybrid lashes done by Luke. I can be quite fussy and like mine a certain way. I described what I wanted to Luke and he got them exactly right. He was really professional as well as polite and chatty. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. Incredible prices too. Gemma - Killinghall/Harrogate.

Was unsure on having micro needling due to if it would hurt, however Emma was great and my skin feels lovely if a little tingly. Didn’t hurt too much either. Would definitely recommend.

I couldn't be a bigger advocate for Azuri; the salon is beautifully set up with comfy and cosy spa vibes and each beautician is super lovely! Easy booking via the app and reasonable treatment prices. I travel across from Harrogate for appointments and just haven't found the same experience in my local area anywhere else. You're made to feel welcome, put at ease for whatever treatment you're having and honestly, it's like seeing a friend each time. The ladies are so kind and caring, not to mention absolutely amazing at what they do!

Georgia is amazing at Russian lashes and customises to what I want done. She always accommodates to my busy work life, even staying on later in the salon for me to make an appointment! Georgia is lovely to chat to and makes me feel at ease to the point I sometimes fall asleep during an appointment!

What a fabulous new addition this is to Ripon. I found out about Platinum Beauty via recommendations on social media. I have visited today for a spray tan (never had one before and it was all fully explained by Helen, putting me at ease). After my appointment, I got chatting with Luke the owner and have booked in for further treatments. Would highly recommend, very welcoming and efficient. A new satisfied customer.

Would highly recommend the treatment with Emma. The treatment itself was lovely, I was relaxed throughout, Emma explained each step and the treatment was very effective, my skin felt soft and nourished at the end and looked smooth and glowy. Emma was very easy to chat to whilst providing a professional service, thank you.

This was my second visit today , for my fortnightly Facial by Emma. Emma is very keen on pleasing her clients , firstly with the products that she uses ( they really are high grade ) my skin looks amazing following my facial by Emma! Emma reassures her clients , and I know I can ask questions re the treatment , but I find I don’t need to , as Emma explains everything the client needs to know ! Today , yet again a very relaxing process . Looking forward to my next body in 2 weeks !
