I hesitate to write this review-only because I’m worried I’ll never get another appointment! I’ve just experienced the most incredible 90-minute rejuvenating Head Spa, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt so refreshed, and rebalanced. The stress just melted away. Abbie is the best of the best, a leader in her field. Her salon is a beautiful, calming sanctuary creating a sense of peace from the moment you walk in. The Head Spa itself was a revelation—the most relaxing treatment I’ve ever had. I left feeling lighter, brighter, and utterly rejuvinated.

I received a very thorough and professional consultation from Ashton. He assessed the strength and condition of my hair, recommended products to use pre colour and I felt confident enough to book in there and then. I’d been nervous about going back into a salon due to a previously bad experience. His professionalism and knowledge gave me the confidence to know I’d be in safe hands. My appointment can’t come quick enough!

Lovely, professional service. Olivia made my blonde hair feel shiny, soft and bright. I would highly recommend this salon to others. All the staff are friendly and highly experienced. They don't tell you what you want to hear, they advise on what's best for your individual hair and use amazing products throughout!!Thanks Team Ashton Poole!!

Kimberley gave me exactly what I asked for with the colours chosen in foils and the cut is excellent. Friendly salon and staff. Definitely a 5* and would recommend a visit.

First time with Rhianne today. Over the moon with my lash lift and tint. A lovely salon, so peaceful and relaxing and Rhianne is very friendly and talented. Highly recommended.

This place is a little gem, had no idea it was in Retford, it came up on tic tok real, the salon is clean and fresh. Had the total relax with abbie, everything about this treatment was brilliant. The bed was comfortable, the water temperature was perfect, throws were soft and clean, the room was warm. Will be booking back in for sure!!!
