Trudy's appointments were always great. I had lymphatic drainage massages following surgery, and always felt so much better after each massage. Trudy was lovely, and would happily have a conversation or just a bit of quiet if that was preferred. I bought the block of massages and found this to be excellent value for money, especially when Trudy comes to your house! This was a huge benefit when I couldn't drive. I'd definitely recommend Trudy's services. Thank you!

Wow. I found Karen on Instagram and was totally obsessed with her videos of facials, I HAD to try it for myself and I am SO glad I did😍 I booked the wild and radiant facial and the whole experience was just bliss from start to finish. The smells, the senses, the energy from Karen was just beautiful and I felt so at peace. I have such a busy lifestyle and for the 1 hour and 20 minutes I truly felt present and the most relaxed I have felt in a while. Would highly recommend and buzzing for my next treatment - Rejuvenate and Invigorate!

Karen was absolutely incredible from booking in and receiving a consultation to find out more about me, to the most zen experience during the relax and rejuvenate appointment, and then a tea, bake, and mindfulness prompts to take away! I was so stressed before the appointment & I walked away feeling lighter than I have in ages. All the extra work & care Karen has put in to make this such an immersive experience has stuck with me and I’m finding myself implementing the little changes & feeling more myself already! Will definitely be back and will be making this a regular self care treat!! 💗
