Ellen is the epitome of what all beauty therapists should aspire to be! Not only is she incredibly talented in what she does, she is also kind and compassionate and ensures all brands she uses are ethical and inline with her own ethos. Ellen takes time throughly explaining treatments and ensures I always have the best experience at every visit. I would recommend Ellen to any one who wants a high quality, exceptional beauty therapist.

This was my first visit to Khartoum House Hair Studio having recently moved to Ipswich. I was really pleased with my cut and blow from Kelsey who also made a lot of effort to fit me in. I would highly recommend this salon

I am always so happy and impressed by My Nail Tech / Artist! Before coming to Image, My Gel Nails would be lifting and coming off within days. I just put it down to the hair and body oils I use. So I was amazed that this has never happened with any set of Gels from Dayna at Image Beauty Salon. 3weeks later they are still looking fabulous! I am always sad to see each Nail Art Creation removed...... But totally excited for my next stunning set of Gels from Dayna! Go Dayna!! Thank you xx

I'm usually a nervous person but Kelsey and Tiani have always been welcoming, friendly and kind during my many visits to this salon, and I look forward to seeing them. I'm always left very pleased with my haircuts, they make sure that it compliments your face shape, always ask if there's anything you want changed, and also can make good recommendations for the direction you want to take your hair if you asked. Not to mention they give a wonderful head massage with the hairwash! 🥰 Thank you very much and look forward to your continued services 😊

The best salon in Ipswich run by the fabulous Sue, who has the most professional advice and treatments. Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. So happy !

Lovely Salon very professional and relaxed atmosphere

Ellen at Ellen Elizabeth Beauty is a magician with a nail brush. One moment you’re bare-nailed and dull; the next, you’re strutting around as you’ve just won a hand modelling contract. Her BIAB gels don’t just look gorgeous. They survive life’s chaos without chipping. The salon is a little haven of good vibes, where you’ll chat and leave wondering how you ever managed without her. If you want nails worth showing off to strangers in Waitrose, Ellen’s your woman!

This evening I walked out of the salon fully relaxed after a fantastic manicure & pedicure. Samantha as always was kind, caring & extremely professional. There is an array of amazing colours, which always makes it hard to choose, Samantha offers her expertise on what goes best with what, really knowledgeable of all her products & services. The salon is calm & relaxing, it is always a pleasure to go & be pampered.
