Sam is the friendliest MUA ! Listened to what I wanted and achieved it. Lasted well and didn’t need to touch up at all. Lovely salon she works out of and Loved the playlist!

Since taking the new client offer for back massage, I have been going weekly for back massages. I suffer from fibro and have been getting really sore arms and hands so today did the arms/hands massage. Definitely took the tension from my right shoulder. Treatments can be adapted for your needs. Makes you feel at ease and is a lovely young lady. Wouldn't use anyone else in Ilkeston now. Prices are really down to earth, shops a little treasure trove. The oils that are for sale are inexpensive. I use the fibro/arthritis one, which is brilliant.

I have never treated myself to a facial before but wow I'm glad I did. Tia is a absolute pro at what she does. From the moment I messaged her telling her what I thought I needed, she was prompt with replying and very knowledgeable. The salon was lovely and the room that my facial took place in was also lovely and I felt very welcome. I chose bare necessities two. It's a hour treatment and I felt completely pampered. It's now a day after and my skin feels and looks amazing. I couldn't recommend tia enough and this treatment. Thanks for making this almost 30 year old skin 🤣look glowing again.

Keri was absolutely amazing upon arrival. So friendly and chatty which was a bonus. Her home salon/studio is so beautifully done, clean and comfortable. Haven’t actually had my treatment done yet (lash lift and tint) but I already know I’ll be a returning customer just from my first interaction with Keri! Lee x

Sam is a very professional, friendly and proficient make up artist. I felt at ease from the moment I entered her room. Her knowledge is very broad and I was really pleased with the results. Such a lovely experience with Sam. A one hour make up tutorial. We were not rushed and the atmosphere was relaxed and very friendly. Sam has such a wealth of knowledge about skin care and makeup. We came away very happy and would highly recommend Sam. Thank you for a great morning.

Excellent massage, great salon and lovely lady - what's not to like?!

I had lip filler done by Katie. I was slightly nervous as I have never had any procedures done, however Katie was so informative and professional that my mind was put at ease immediately. The results were AMAZING! I couldn’t have trusted anyone else with my lips but Katie! The salon has a lovely, cosy atmosphere too. I 100% recommend Pretty and can’t wait to be back again soon!
