I’ve been to Anna a few times now, she is friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Anna also doesn’t give you any false expectations. She is honest and gives the best realistic advice. The salon is beautifully decorated and set out to the highest standards. Anna talks you through your treatment and puts you at ease . You end up chatting away like you have known each other for years. Highly recommended and you will Not be disappointed. All products used are of a high speck. No corners cut whatsoever. Thank you so much Anna for making me feel more confident and more like me again.

Since taking the new client offer for back massage, I have been going weekly for back massages. I suffer from fibro and have been getting really sore arms and hands so today did the arms/hands massage. Definitely took the tension from my right shoulder. Treatments can be adapted for your needs. Makes you feel at ease and is a lovely young lady. Wouldn't use anyone else in Ilkeston now. Prices are really down to earth, shops a little treasure trove. The oils that are for sale are inexpensive. I use the fibro/arthritis one, which is brilliant.

I had an amazing introductory back massage today for just £10 by Emma. Swedish and hot stone combo and I feel unbelievably relaxed and light-headed. I’ve already booked again for next week with an additional Indian Head massage treatment 🤩. Highly recommend Emz. Parking literally across the road and salon is blissfully warm and peaceful inside. Keri was absolutely amazing upon arrival. So friendly and chatty which was a bonus. Her home salon/studio is so beautifully done, clean and comfortable. Kelly’s services are always how you would expect and more. Her nails are always amazing, even when you have short nails. 😁 She is particular on detail and will try every design you give her. 💅They always come out exactly as you ask. With every beauty treatment she asks plenty of questions to ensure your treatment is how you would like. She makes sure you leave happy every time. ❤️Would definitely recommend. Lashes looked amazing for several weeks after and the after care provided help keep lashes and brows in amazing condition. Facials are very relaxing and are a perfect little self treat.

My appointment with Suzy was a lovely experience, she was really friendly throughout and nothing was to much to ask for, she spent time putting stencils on my arm as I was unsure where to have my tattoo and this really helped. Suzy was chatting throughout the appointment and asked a number of times if I was ok while she did the tattoo. A really lovely experience and a pretty salon will definitely be going back
