Bethan is a total pro and takes pride in her work. She’s been careful in mixing the right colour for my blond, natural look. fastidious in applying and finished wax. It’s the first time in years I am leaving a salon being totally happy with my brows. Thank you so much Bethan!

Bethan is just so lovely and truly has a passion for her work.. she won't give in until its perfect! Full of beauty knowledge and always sharing tips to keep your skin, brows and lashes in a great condition! This time sadly my lashes weren't in the best condition or length for a treatment.. and instead of just doing it and charging me, Bethan was honest and told me she wouldn't get the best result and gave advice to boost them ready for my next appointment, I would recommend to anyone unsure about trying a new treatment.

I honestly love going to get my nails done at Pluck & Polish — it never feels like an appointment, more like catching up with a friend! Louise is so warm and friendly, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The salon has such a lovely, relaxed vibe, and Wilf the dog is the cutest little greeter with his happy wagging tail. It always brightens my day popping in! 💅🐾

Natalie was extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as being very friendly and welcoming. It’s a beautiful setting down there with the glamping accommodation and there is a big free car park, which you don’t get in town. As well as Natalies comfortable salon there is a superb little gift shop which also sells scrummy cakes, and another beauty salon due to open soon. I am sure all these small businesses will do well with local residents and the holiday makers staying on site. It is a brilliant idea on our doorstep and I wish them all well. I will certainly be going back again.

My second visit to Natalie’s salon and it was just as enjoyable as my first visit. My eyebrows and nails look lovely! Love the peaceful setting and the fact that there is a large free car park. Michelle in the coffee/ cake/Gift shop is lovely too. I really enjoy going to Caplin and it is literally 20 minutes from my home!!

Again Steph was very welcoming and extremely thorough with my treatment. The heated pad on the couch is just divine. It’s a beautiful tranquil space which is enjoyable to relax in. Thank you.
