Fantastic customer service! I felt well looked after and left feeling very nourished. My therapist listened to what I wanted and helped me choose a gorgeous Lady Bug red for my nails. I love them, so classy! The salon is stunning, very clean and professional. What a lovely way to spend a Saturday, I shall be returning with the girls! Thank you Stacey & Nashana!

My hair was quite badly damaged from colouring at another salon (not Makeup Box!) and I was made to feel at ease that the damage would be repaired. Had all my split ends cut off and my hair looks so much healthier already!

Was so nervous having a complete change of my hair (from black box dye) Gerry was so friendly and amazing at what she does made me feel really comfortable and I trusted her 1000% x i will definitely be returning to her soon :-) x really happy with everything she did for me today x I also get my eyelashes done with Bryony who is also amazing at what she does and have always been over the moon with her work x and yet another great set of lash infills today x They are all such a lovely bunch of people that work in this salon (and the coffee is 5* haha) x Thankyou everyone xxx

Felicity always makes me feel like a princess every time I’m there and I will never go anywhere else. The salon is so pretty and welcoming and it always feels like a treat just being in there. Oh and I LOVE my hair! Seriously felt invincible walking down the street today with my bouncy new hair and people turning left and right to look at it xxx

Lucie Mae was amazing! She was friendly, took her time and gave me the most amazing balayage refresh and curly blow dry. Even though it was my first time at makeup box it felt like I was sitting and talking with a friend. Couldn’t recommend Lucie enough and I will be telling all my friends about the amazing service I had! Thank you xx

Such a lovely salon - the decor is absolutely gorgeous and Stacy was just so nice! Felt like I’d met an old friend. Pedicure was one of the best I’ve had - my feet are so smooth and the hot towel at the end was bliss. Manicure was also great and the choice of colours was really good! Will be back :)

Stacy is lovely and the manicure was perfect.

I was told that I would have two hairdressers for nine ladies. After the first hour, we were informed that one of the hairdressers did not do blow dry! This derailed our rota which we had sent we’ll in advance. It meant that Lucy had to the majority of the blow drying. Lucy worked extremely hard and was really the star. All three were also under a lot of pressure as they had to be back in Epping from Tottenham Court road by 1 o’clock!
