I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. Trudi is so welcoming and the salon lives upto it's name. The massage is just the perfect amount of pressure and touch to help you feel comfortable and ease those stresses away. I highly recommend booking Trudi. Already have my next one scheduled in. I came in for a Bedew Photo Facial and having had multiple different facials at spas and salons home and abroad, this was honestly by far the best I’ve ever had and the most relaxed I’ve felt since pre-pregnancy. With that in mind my problem skin is often hormonal breakouts but my skin instantly and now the next day is so soft and looks and feels to clean and clear. The ‘Bedew Glow’ I can confirm is real! Rachael even explained to me what each stage did for my skin and gave recommendations for next time based on my skin as well as aftercare guidance to get the most out of my facial experience

This was my first time at Serenity and although I had a little difficulty finding it 🥴, this did not effect my experience at all. I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I stepped through the door, even though I was late for my appointment time, the staff were both professional and friendly. I had a full body massage as a facial and to say I was relaxed when I left would be putting it mildly, I think I floated back to my car. I would highly recommend a visit to this salon and I will definitely be booking a return visit very soon

It has taken me a long time to find someone who can do my eyebrows just how I like them and that Nicole. It's an absolute pleasure to go to the salon and you are always greeted so lovely. I couldn't recommend the salon anymore.

I came to Stephanie several months ago after years of always getting my nails done in a generic nail salon, and I've never looked back. Stephanie has a real attention to detail and is a complete perfectionist. I've never had a bad set of nails from her, and she also has a large array of colours and Magpie glitters to choose from. All the filing is done by hand, and she never fails to get my nail shape wrong. I would definitely recommend Stephanie for perfect nails 💅
