I had my nails done with semi-permanent polish prior to my holidays, and removal 3 wks later. From booking the appointment to the text afterwards to check I was happy with the treatment every aspect was professional and customer focused. Clair is a bubbly friendly person who clearly cares about her service. Her modern scandi style salon (barn conversion) in Gt Harwood , is clean and stylish with a calm and relaxing energy. The reason I chose Clair was because of her claims about keeping natural nails healthy after having this kind of polish, it did just that. I’ll be returning & recommend.

Love the atmosphere, the vibe really relaxing. Elliot & his smile amazing made me feel so welcome! Hadn’t been to a hairdresser in ages since my move to Blackburn. Steven who’s part of the team attending to my hair it was in a bit of a mess I must say. Still not sure about my colour however had a great experience! Will definitely be visiting again very soon.

The moment you enter Jo's salon, all the worries goes away and you feel relaxed no matter what procedure you are having. The atmosfere is calm, warm and relaxed. Until now I had great experience with every procedure I had and cannot wait for my next appointment to try new high frequency and galvanic facial.

What a lovely environment in which to spend a few hours being pampered. The Salon has been sympathetically renovated to a very high standard. Lillie was first class in her approach and talked me through all my options. She made my feel very comfortable and I am extremely happy with my nails. They look fabulous. My go to salon, these guys got me from dark brown too blonde again keeping my hair in tact! Then from blonde too auburn (spur of the moment) then back from auburn too blonde again! Hardly any breakage and I just absolutely love my hair! The team always make you feel so welcome. I won’t ever go to another salon 🫶🏼 thank you Stephen you’re ace!!♥️

It's always a pleasure to visit the salon.ive been having my hair cut with Debbie for years and wouldn't change her for anyone. It's like visiting friends going to the salon Jane and staff so friendly

This lovely young lady does a brilliant job with my lashes.Her beauty room is so warm and comfortable that the whole visit is very relaxing.My lashes are so well applied that they usually last at least 4 weeks.,I’m very pleased with them. Thank you Alissa.

My daughter and myself went to have our semi permanent lip colour topped up, and as always we were impressed by Angela’s talent, knowledge and commitment to our experience. We spent two happy, relaxed hours in her company while she worked on our treatment with ease and expertise. We are both delighted with the results and have had a lovely, relaxing afternoon in the process. If you are considering having this procedure, we cannot recommend Angela highly enough, we wouldn’t trust anyone else with any of our treatments and are looking forward to our next visit to her salons.

Lovely salon environment perfect space to relax and unwind. Clair is very professional and experienced. Best products are used and time is taken with your treatment. Would highly recommend.
