I had an amazing experience at SoFlo. The staff is incredibly friendly and ensures that you have a great time from start to finish. After a disappointing experience at another salon, I booked an appointment with Stephanie. She took the time to really understand my vision and worked her magic to revive my hair. C’est toujours un plaisir de se faire couper les cheveux par Josée. She’s the best . Par contre je sais que se n’est pas de votre faute et que vous ajuster vos prix face à la concurrence des autres salon mais je trouve que ça commence à être dispendieux pour une haircut à homme, surtout pour un étudiant. Mais a part cela je n’ai rien de mauvais à dire , très bon service

Nika always greets me with a warm welcome each time I visit. She’s very knowledgeable and has lots of experience in her field. My hair continues to be healthy in her hands. I get what I’m asking for each time and if I can’t, she explains how I can achieve my goal hair colour in the future visits with her. The salon has a beautiful and bright interior. They use Aveda products which have helped heal my hair. They’re cruelty free, vegan, silicone free, sls free, sles free, and sulfate free.

Je suis très satisfaite de ma visite chez xelia hair & medispa inc. Elle a pris le temps de bien écouter ce que je voulais et a coupé mes cheveux exactement comme je le voulais. Le lavage était très agréable, avec un massage du cuir chevelu qui m’a beaucoup détendue. L’ambiance du salon est chaleureuse et le service est professionnel. Je recommande cette coiffeuse à toutes celles et ceux qui cherchent un bon soin capillaire!

Anna est une coiffeuse formidable. J’ai les cheveux les plus beaux que j’ai jamais eus! Je suis rentrée au salon en ayant une idée de coupe en tête, mais je ne savais pas comment verbaliser ce que je voulais. J’en suis ressortie avec exactement cela! Je suis entièrement satisfaite de mon expérience.

While Alexie has been on maternity leave, I’ve been seeing Alexane, and she’s also fantastic.
