I’m so happy with my Yumi lash lift and tint. It was my first time getting them done so I was a bit nervous if it would make any difference and I was blown away with the results! I chose this salon based on all the good things I’d heard about them and I was not disappointed. Super friendly 4 legged greeter and excellent service! Will definitely be rebooking. Highly recommend Base Coat Beauty.

Wow! I came across Tara at Crimson and what a find! Totally ‘got’ me from a previous 20 minute consultation. I had various experiences since moving to Kelowna 5 years ago. A few awful. Mostly just OK. Tara gave me a full set of foils, toner, and cut. I wanted and got ice ice baby. Feel like a million bucks. I floated out the salon. Thank you Tara! You are incredibly talented and your salon vibe so relaxed. Shout out to Alesha - wonderful front of house. So knowledgable and super fun! This salon fully deserves the awards and recognition it has achieved. 100%

Melinda was absolutely lovely! I saw her for an extension consultation, and she very patiently went through all the different options available, giving me personalized suggestions for each. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The salon itself is very cute and clean- I'll definitely be going back!

Victoria cut my hair and bangs with great precision and a fabulous wash and blow dry all with in 1 hr. 15 minutes. Love that salon, products and staff

Victoria was very kind, professional and very attentive. I really love the hair cut she made me, the result was pretty nice! She recommends you the best cut on depending your face shape. I definitely strongly recommend this hair salon.

It was my first time here to get a hair cut. Their online booking system conveniently allowed me book the night before. The salon was bright and stylish welcomed by friendly staff. The latte they served me was good touch! I had a hair cut with Maeze. I had exact style I wanted and she took her time to make sure each steps. Her boss (I think he is the owner?) finished up the cut for me and I was very happy with how it looked. I would defined come back!

I only went for a free hair consultation. The employee/owner, NJ, was friendly and explained answers to my hair-related concerns and questions thoroughly. The ambience of the salon was great, too -- the interior is so pretty and clean!

Crimson Salon is the absolute best in town!! Tara is very skilled and her staff are amazing.

This was my first visit in a beauty salon. I had a Yumi Lift and eyebrow wax/tint and it was an amazing experience! Beautiful place, professional service and I love my new face. I am now hooked :) Thank you!!

Kaylea is an artist at what she does and always makes you feel welcome & comfortable in her space. She is so talented at what she does and lends such a creative eye to the beauty industry. Woman operated & owned paired with the cutest parlour pup if you’re wanting a little bit of extra company during your visit 🤍 Highly recommend booking an appointment!

Robyn has been my stylist for I think 8 years now? She always does what I ask, she is honest and does a wonderful job! Salon is clean, pretty and all the ladies are so kind. Highly recommend Robyn & the Crimson team!

Love coming to this salon! My nails were so short today but kaylea made them so beautiful as per usual. I love the fun spring colours we did on today’s set.

Had a shellac manicure done. Absolutely love how it turned out! The salon is super pretty too. Will be back in a few weeks.
