We had pedicures and it was so nice to go to a quiet salon and not be rushed or handled roughly. It was nice and relaxed because it was so private. My feet are very ticklish and Tracy was gentle too. Recommend.

Donna provides an amazing service from the heart. Every detail has been considered and catered for. This is no ordinary experience, rather one that is individualised and meets not only your beauty needs but is calming and rejuvenating for your spirit. This is a really fantastic salon - relaxing, pampering, expert, friendly and kind. The best way I can describe it is ethical luxe. If you are, like me, new to town and are not sure where to go for that little treat or indulgence and want to be treated like a princess don’t look any further. Faux fur blankets, warm bed to hop into after the ‘nasty’ treatment for the remainder, delicious elixirs and dainty little edible treats presented in a glass cloche post-treatment were some of the highlights. Donna is a font of information about the best cafes in Edge Hill and the must-do’s in Cairns.

My first ever facial at Soul Beauty Co was amazing! Hana made the whole experience so relaxing—she’s friendly, professional, and full of knowledge. From the moment you walk in, everything feels special, with thoughtful touches like a drink and treat. The space is beautifully decorated, the scents are subtle and calming, and the service is truly tailored. Couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to facials—thank you, Hana!

However, I believe they’re more than just beauticians! Once you step in the environment at Soul is calm, relaxing and welcoming. This was the most amazing facial! It exceeded my expectations by far. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful - natural and gorgeous furniture and fittings, the scents make you instantly feel like you are on holiday and the music is perfect to relax and unwind to. I felt like royalty during the whole visit and left feeling the most relaxed I've had in months. My skin already feels and looks significantly better so I cannot wait for my next visit and future changes. Thank you so much Donna!
