I knew going in that was time for decent trim. Explained it to Val. We reviewed my haircuts almost 2 years ago, and found the ideal length. Val did the cut and styling. Everything turned out great!! I will be back in about 6-7 weeks Thanks so much

Have you ever had a hair color disaster? Have you tried to correct it yourself quite unsuccessfully? Fear not! Do not despair! Val is a miracle worker with color and correction. Liz is always very cheerful and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Try this salon, you will not be sorry!😊

I’m sorry about an old timers review but told the everyone who stopped by I felt like I was in Floyd’s barber shop in The Andy Griffith show. I’m probably the only elderly aka Boomer woman who has white hair that I wore spiked when my kids were in school but decided to grow out during my later years… Val is THE only one that gets my hair. Plus I get to take part in the HEART of Lititz 💖🥰🫶🫶🫶

Very pleased with my service today, as always! They sure know their stuff! I got a trim with their new barber, my hair washed and my scalp massaged (total luxury), a paraffin hand wax, and funny words carved into my side trim! They wrote I ❤️ Sam for my wife and I's 15th wedding anniversary! My lovely wife loved it and was laughing! Totally worth it! I feel like I get treated like a star every time I go!

Very nice! I never complain about those girls in at Appearances. They treat you like family. Always, have treats to give you. Anyone goes in there will never regret it. You always, have laughs with those girls. As of now Val, is looking for hair dressers, and a barbers. Even if you are a woman, that can do barber would be great. Any field in that give Val a call on it. Still time to get that nice summer cut, nails, pedicure. Give appearances a call, you won't be disappointed. 😊

I like that Val takes a picture at the end of the appointment. We reviewed the previous pictures and made a few small changes, before my haircut today. This is different than any other salon I have been to. Thanks Val.

Following the great recommendations on Facebook, I made a consult appointment. Valerie and I discussed what I wanted and made suggestions. My haircut and styling is amazing. I am so pleased. Everyone at the shop was so nice and helpful. Made my next appointment. One happy lady!

Brought my one year old son in for his second haircut. They worked with him for an hour. They took their time making him feel comfortable- showed him the fish on the floor, brought out tons of legos for him, let him touch the tools and didn’t push him to do anything he wasn’t ready for yet. He didn’t cry at all and left with a cute haircut. So thankful for their kindness and patience. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much!

It is so nice to have a stylist who is consistent with the haircut you want. I told Val about my minor scalp issue and she was very careful during the shampoo. I am enjoying the hand lotion I bought, and decided to give my card club girls each a small bottle.
