I knew going in that was time for decent trim. Explained it to Val. We reviewed my haircuts almost 2 years ago, and found the ideal length. Val did the cut and styling. Everything turned out great!! I will be back in about 6-7 weeks Thanks so much

I normally don't like barbers (or writing reviews) but the owners of this establishment go above and beyond in creating a welcoming atmosphere. They offer fresh hot coffee, pleasant conversation, and of course a great hair cut. In short I can easily recommend apPIERances to anyone.

Great! 11-14-24, As I will always say Val always does a very nice job. As she has in past yrs. Anyhow soon time to get your appt.in for the holidays. Now is the time to set appts.they do fill up fast. Also, anyone who likes working this kind of work, or even if you can speak Spanish, plus English no harm in trying to apply if you are interested. Val, still needs a Barbera Man or Woman. The woman are nice to work with. They offer tea, coffee, hot choc. Water. So get on the ball for your appt.for the holidays. 🎄🎁. Good Luck!

Very pleased with my service today, as always! They sure know their stuff! I got a trim with their new barber, my hair washed and my scalp massaged (total luxury), a paraffin hand wax, and funny words carved into my side trim! They wrote I ❤️ Sam for my wife and I's 15th wedding anniversary! My lovely wife loved it and was laughing! Totally worth it! I feel like I get treated like a star every time I go!

8-22-24, My experience was great! To all people out there Yous need to try Appearances and barbering salon. It's very neat, nice, clean, and the woman, are excellent, to work with. You get very nice service, they offer coffee, hot, and cold tea, hot choc, water. Lots of flavored hot tea to pick from. After your service and you put in a review the next time you go back to get to choose a gift, and they offer a treat. Val is looking for salon people to work on hair, nails, pedicure. Soon time for back to school so start thinking of a new cut for the fall season. That includes all men, boys

Very nice! I never complain about those girls in at Appearances. They treat you like family. Always, have treats to give you. Anyone goes in there will never regret it. You always, have laughs with those girls. As of now Val, is looking for hair dressers, and a barbers. Even if you are a woman, that can do barber would be great. Any field in that give Val a call on it. Still time to get that nice summer cut, nails, pedicure. Give appearances a call, you won't be disappointed. 😊

Had a great perm done . The women there are very friendly and down-to-earth. A real pleasure to be in this Salon.

Had a concern with feeling hot with my long hair in humid weather. Val discussed options I had. I did not feel comfortable shaving neck. We decided on shortening a thin under layer about 1/2 “ to see if this would be helpful before shortening all hair. Thanks Val!
