Best Barbers near me in Stanwix, Carlisle

Never been disappointed with the service I receive at Headways, Carlisle. On this occasion I had my hair coloured by Gillian (my usual hairdresser) and as usual received great service and had great banter. The store is easily accessible via bus (62 79) or own transport. If short stay, can park immediately outside or alternatively there is Stanwix Bank Car Park within walking distance.

Regular customer who is never disappointed. Highly recommend. Easy to find on Stanwix Bank. Accesible via own transport or public transport. Great value for money. My hairdresser is Gillian but can give credit to Jane & Kelsey also for their professionalism and banter.

What better time to get your haircut in headways than Christmas week. On arrival the salon was buzzing decorations and Christmas music in full swing but it looked like the celebrations had all been eaten On duty was the sassy head barber Gill and colour expert Chelsea who was already busy colouring Gill gave me a rather detailed consultation then cracked on Gill as usual full of good crack was keen to tell me some of the celebrity’s they had styled over the last week or so who knew! Haircut done all that was left was responding to the mistletoe hastily revealed on my way out I’ll Be back

Christmas time is no doubt the time every man wants to look on point and the haircut has to match. Again Gill the head barber and her number two Chelsea did not disappoint once they had washed the bacon butty residue of their hands they set off and knocked up a great haircut. Just a warning tho to other men be aware of the mistletoe they produce and pounce on you as you leave for a Christmas kiss as a result of this i have had my haircut Tuesday Thursday Friday and Saturday this week

Another top haircut fry the head barber Gill she never fails and her edgy look and advice always means you will leave the shop on point I was lucky to get in as I called in on spur of the moment and on entering it appeared they were getting ready for a photo shoot as a number of clients were well into their consultations and transformations Chelsea was undergoing quite a serious hair transformation also with a total new colour and makeover !! If you want the latest style and advice don’t think about going anywhere else than headways for the coolest and trendiest barbers and advice

Managed to eventually get an appointment with the head barber Gill (sassy looking one long hair DMs and attitude) Consultation is key to a good cut and leaving the salon looking and feeling like Brad’s Pitt is her goal Gills consultation leaves no stone unturned and provides helpful advice on managing your hair and products to use particular Bombay badboy balm My only criticism is Gills hands they are extremely cold and can be quite unsettling as she touches your neck and head Would I return definitely if there’s anywhere to get the crack it’s with the head barber at Headways !!

Hi worthy of note I managed to get booked in with the head barber (Gillian the trendy one with the DMs trained by John Freida) straight away she discussed how my hair was performing and the current trends in New York, Paris and Carlisle for wearing your hair. This consultation was excellent and very reassuring Again she delivered a top haircut with precise detail and expertly addressing rouge eyebrows However the best part was the introduction of sea salt spray this was a game changer leaving my hair feel thicker and more textured increasing my confidence throughout the day
