Maryam is an amazing hairstylist. She is professional, kind, listens to what you want and makes good recommendations. I have gone to her for root colour touch up and blowdry. I am very picky and she did not disappoint. I have already made future appointments with her.

10/10 experience! Cassy was incredibly welcoming and made my daughter feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. She took the time to walk her through every step of the process — from the scalp assessment, wash, and treatment to styling and maintenance tips. This was my 13-year-old daughter’s very first salon experience, and it couldn’t have been better. Cassy even sent her home with a thoughtful valentine's goodie bag filled with things girls love, which made the day extra special. She is already talking about her next visit lol! Thank you for making her first visit such a positive one!

My first time visiting Lou Lou’s yesterday. I had an amazing experience. Loved my hair. I walked in on eggshells because I’m very picky with my hair but walked out completely satisfied and happy. My stylist was so sweet and friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend trying it out if you’re looking for a new hair stylist or want a change.

Marilyn has done wonders. My hair looks amazing. She is very skillful. Not knowing what would look the best for me, she gave me some ideas and explained what would look good with the shape of my face. She did not fail! Had my hair highlighted for the first time and she has done an amazing job. So happy with the results and my husband loves it too. Thank you so much.
