the service and haircut was absolutely incredible, as always. my only issue was with part of the beard trim offer, which was the cool packs for around the eyes. it was too cold (this was incredibly refreshing to the moderately hung over me at the time) and has left my upper cheek bones pink with possible cold burns. I am not looking for future discounts or compensation, but just offering feedback. i would hate for this service to leave the same marks on someone with an event on later in the afternoon (which i did not). i love your shop and i will be back. i just hope this can be a learning
