After neglecting my hair and the calendar not meeting up with available spots I turned to another barber. Worst decision. Coming back to Robbie and the boys is like putting your ugg boots on after a day at work. Comforting and warm. A loyal customer for 5+ years, and it never ceases to amaze me how welcoming and friendly everyone is. Do yourself a favour and book in for the best barbershop in town.

Friendly and no complaints about the cut, so thanks. It's not made clear anywhere that I saw when booking an appointment that it's cash only, and I was the second person there who had to use the ATM (inside the store) to withdraw cash to pay - for which I incurred a charge. $45 for a basic cut is already on the high side, but this seems like a secondary revenue stream. The barbers can see whose booking is next in the queue on their phones, and the ATM is obviously online, so I wonder why no EFTPOS? (My teenage son sells some items he makes at local markets and was able to set up an EFTPOS ter…

Amazing customer service, all the barbers are friendly and hold conversation. I’ve seen nik twice now and he is now my new fortnightly barber. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!

I go out of my way to go to Robbie’s Chop Shop. Excellent relaxed vibe with the crew there who just talk openly and are so down to earth about what they do. High quality craftsmanship in barbering, really listen to their customers and treating everyone with equal respect. Have been going to Robbie’s on and off between travel around the country & world for the last 6+ years and it’s always a premium service. Very happy with my latest cut from barber, Lachy. His attention to detail was top notch. I also appreciated him checking in during the cut to confirm what I wanted and chatting about styling tips/advice. I’ll definitely keep visiting 👌🏻

Best bunch of lads, I was in china for 2 months and purposely didnt get a haircut while I was there. Mainly because I wanted to have reason to come to RCS as soon as I came back to Adelaide. Because not only do I enjoy the great jobs all the barbers do here but also because the easy relationship you can have with them. They are also good at reading the vibe you are giving and know how to react to your situation.

Each time I go to Robbie's Chop Shop, I am impressed with how welcoming and comfortable the place is. Today was no exception and I am 100% happy with my haircut. Lachy takes time to understand what I want. He is friendly and easy to talk with, and is a genuinely skilled barber.

Despite some very interesting reviews of late, that remain unsubstantiated - and conflicting in every interaction with Robbie’s Team and the guys. I am here to set the record straight. Having returned from stints in Melbourne and overseas for 10 years, returning to Adelaide what I can say is this. If having the best things in life, involving those you like, know and trust us important. Then this barber shop is that and then some for you.
