The service provided is really good, the only thing that is frustrating is that the person providing the service is always trying to include additional treatments onto what you have asked for. The package bought was for a haircut, threading & 20min relaxing treatment. The barber was made clear on this by my husband & the receptionist. Besides trying to push a facial, he also tried to add a "beard trim" to the bill. Thankfully the receptionist intervened & told him "we told you what the client is here for." Having this happen is really irritating & makes you think twice about coming back.

I’ve lived in Dubai for over 12 years and been to 5 or 6 of the best barbershops and this one is the best by far. Excellent atmosphere, amazing cuts just to your liking and very tailored services until you are more than satisfied. 10/10 would recommend !

Mahmoud is my barber - fantastic he is too. I’m generally terrible with names but Lyn and another lovely lady, whose name begins with the letter K, handle the manicure and pedicure. It’s a very professional salon, and I highly recommend their services.

Excellent service and professional staff! The salon was clean, well-organized, and had a stylish interior. My barber was very skilled and paid attention to every detail. I felt relaxed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a proper grooming experience.

I dont know one of the shop is there, im going here after checking four other shops and the all of them were not dealing a customer properly, But i found this shop very randomly and i go there and ask about the service i want… the one of the staff told me to wait there and he gone to inform the superior once the superior is came and talk to me i catched onething at her talk ( we can do that colour to your hair but i dont know how much it will appears on your hair) at that time i knew that “ the shops member not only opened for money they also have look on customer satisfaction”🩷

Hair cut good as always. Quality barbers. Bit of a wait though, even though appointment booked. Usually offered a coffee but not this time. Seemed short staffed for a Saturday.

Ammar is one of the most talented barbers in Dubai, he provides great service with great customer experience. Also they have a good nails service.
