I had such a wonderful experience at Refined Artistry! I went in for a brow lamination, tint, and wax, and the results are absolutely beautiful. As a lovely Mother’s Day surprise, I also received a complimentary lip wax, which was such a thoughtful touch. The service was exceptional! she was so patient, friendly, and took the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. You can really tell she cares about her clients and her work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional, high-quality beauty treatments. I’ll definitely be back!

I had such a lovely experience at Lin Glazed. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with so much care, patience and professionalism. ❤️ I’m currently recovering from a tummy tuck and 360 lipo, so I needed someone who understood that my body is still very sensitive and healing. Inno was incredibly gentle and took the time to handle me with so much care throughout the treatment. I could genuinely see and feel a difference after the sessions, and I felt so much more comfortable afterwards. I’m really grateful for the care, attention to detail and overall experience.

It was my first time doing a laser treatment and what an amazing first experience I had with Marné. I was talked through what to expect and constant check ups if it was comfortable adjustments were made when needed. Marné was so friendly and calm it made my appointment enjoyable. It was definitely worth the drive from JHB! I look forward to my next appointments 😊

Charne is an amazing talent PMU artist. Adding to her detailed attention to each aspect, the proper mapping and the final beautiful look. She is very sure to explain each aspect and put you at ease from the word go. From ensure pre-questions through to post treatment advice, her passion, knowledge and kindness shines through. I would highly recommend her to both a new appointment, or like me, to receive a far better well done touch up. You won`t be disappointed!

What truly blew me away was how extraordinarily well they treated my teenager. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and valued. They took the time to assess her skin with so much patience, guiding her through a gentle skincare routine in the sweetest, most encouraging way possible. They recommended the absolute perfect products for her skin type without any high-pressure sales pitch—just honest, expert advice tailored specifically for a teen. It is so rare to find a place that combines top-tier beauty treatments with genuine hearts❤️

I booked a 1-hour lymphatic drainage treatment with Ally and really enjoyed the experience. It was my first time getting lymphatic drainage treatment with an LPG machine so it was quite an experience. My body felt great afterwards, and I appreciated the care she took during the session. She’s very friendly and made me feel comfortable . I’m still monitoring the results- so far they’re minimal, but I’ve noticed some positive changes on my body. Nonetheless, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. At some point I wanted to sleep during the session ❣️
