This was my first visit to Mood Swing Wellness, and it exceeded all expectations! The owner was thorough in explaining the process, and the space is clean, warm, and inviting. I have been searching for a treatment that lessens neuropathy pain: the combination of the infrared sauna and cold plunge eased this pain more than any other treatment I have tried in the past. I will be back very soon for a second visit!

Got my hair right! I needed a much needed hair cut for my pixie after almost 2 years of new growth and she did it for me no problem!
