All around great experience. Mimi created an environment which was professional yet comfortable. She maintained a high level of cleanliness and made sure I was informed about everything she was doing. She’s so friendly and made sure I was entirely comfortable with the placements and at ease before starting. She made sure to fit everything around me and catered to my individual needs. A highly enjoyable appointment and I’ll definitely be back. :)

I had my eyebrows done this morning with Mimi (SPMU) - from the moment I arrived at the salon, Mimi was so lovely and the experience was very relaxing. She explained everything to me and the results are perfect. I highly recommend and I look forward to returning for more treatments.

Cannot thank Mimi enough for my Ombre Brows today. It was my 1st appointment with Mimi, but certainly won't be my last. From the moment I stepped into her studio I was made to feel welcome and comfortable, nothing was too much of an ask. Mimi talked me through every step of the appointment and ensured I was happy and comfortable throughout. She is a real perfectionist and the end result shows.
