I was very nervous beforehand, unsure of what to expect, but Jess’s calming presence and expertise immediately put me at ease. Her room was immaculate and welcoming, setting the perfect tone. She took the time to answer all my questions patiently, reassuring me at every step and making sure I felt completely comfortable. With a gentle touch and precise skill, she transformed what started as an anxious experience into one of total confidence. The results are fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier!

Always have the best experience with Jordan, not only is she incredibly talented but is such a joy to be with. I feel so lucky to have Jordan as my hairdresser, it's been 14 years, so she must be doing something right. I would be lost without her x
