The best!!! I’ve never had any sort of treatment/facial but she was so lovely and made me feel at ease straight away. The room is so relaxing, clean and smelt amazing. Her knowledge on skin is incredible, she really knows what she’s talking about. Could not fault the experience at all, the most warm, welcoming and genuinely caring lady. Excellent experience, being a total novice and with only an idea of what I wanted, the consultant was extremely knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. So it’s my second time going to Lalita and i was not disappointed, I had a facial that made my skin feel amazing and a massage that’s to die for. Lalita is very welcoming and friendly, definitely worth a visit and yes I’ve booked again. 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The treatment itself was incredible. Every step felt thoughtful and tailored to my skin, not rushed or generic. The products were gentle but effective bio peel/micronedling My skin feels refreshed, hydrated, and noticeably brighter.

Very good Dr Nabeela was excellent very reassuring as I was a bit nervous about my treatment. Her medical background and knowledge was a great help. She is very patient and gentle hence not very painful.

Aisha is a lovely person who gave me the gentle cleanse treatment which was much needed for my skin. She also gave very good recommendations for my skin.

Happy to recommend, it was a great experience from start to finish. Really happy with my results. The staff here are wonderful - very professional but genuinely warm, welcoming and reassuring. There’s also a private car park for clients to use which is an added bonus. I shall definitely be back for more treatments in future!

Gorgeous clinic. Super friendly staff that make you feel really welcome. My consultation couldn’t have gone better. They were so attentive and knowledgable. As a novice that has absolutely no idea about what is best for my needs, she took her time understanding what o wanted to get out of it, what my concerns were then meticulously explained my options and treatments that would get me those results, she happily answered all of my questions and even helped with recommendations on my current skin care routines. Excited to have my first treatment.
