Just had my lips done for the second time with helen and I can honestly say she is brilliant. I’m a very nervous client and have the biggest needle phobia. If you are looking for a facial and to feel at ease and refreshed, this is your place to go. Nat is professional, friendly, reassuring and explained each step clearly making me feel at ease. She is very knowledgeable around skincare and products. The whole experience was made to be relaxing and calming, the enviroment where it is based is also relaxing, clean and very welcoming I never felt awkward and there was no awkward silence that you can get in some places. It was heavenly and so calm. The results were amazing, significant improvement in concerns and skin felt hydrated and glowing!

What a great experience! This was my first facial with Natalia and I am looking forward to many more. She is friendly, welcoming and a font of knowledge in terms of skincare, treatments and products. Can't wait to go back!
