I always feel I am stepping in to a sanctuary when I visit the Ilaethetics salon. Rebecca always takes time to listen to my exact needs and always exceeds my expectations. She guides you to the correct procedure/ service needed and I have always been really happy I have followed her recommendations. It took a while to find somewhere I feel totally comfortable visiting. I won't go anywhere else now. First class service every time.

Definitely coming back! I had a wonderful head massage and it was heaven! I never realised how much tension was in my head. I found it very interesting to see scalp under the microscope. Milda was lovely and explained the treatment very well, all of the lotions and balms smelt amazing, and have made my hair and face feel so soft and scalp refreshed. A lovely hour of bliss!

This was my first experience with any aesthetic treatments and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Anna was professional and explained the procedure from start to finish, making sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what to expect.
