I felt so comfortable with Fran, she advised me what she thought would be good for me & advised what she didn't think would be necessary. She was very thorough with my medical history and her paperwork, and numbed me prior to the appointment which made me feel safe. 100/10 recommend to anyone looking to begin their journey!

Kelsey was very friendly and chatty, which I liked. She had to remove previous gel, for which be aware there is an added charge if done elsewhere. It was all good for me. She made a lovely job of my nails and was extremely helpful over colour choice. I always find that difficult! I will be a regular customer. Caroline
