I have had numerous massages over the years but this reflexology session was something special. Catherine has a gentle, intuitive approach. The massage combined with the aromatherapy oils and the beautiful inviting space was just spot on and I left feeling so zen! She also gave some useful self care tips to do at home. These treatments have been more than just a facial. On all 3 sessions I have left with glowing skin, but also improved sense of wellness.
