I have just had my 3rd madero treatment with Adele Hollis…. It was remarkably relaxing but also a deep massage. I feel a lot less bloated and somewhat lighter… The treatment was very professional and although I felt incredibly vulnerable exposing the wobbly parts of my body Adelle made me feel safe, comfortable and was totally non judgemental. Can’t wait for next treatment.

My 3rd body sculpting treatment this morning followed by the infrared sauna wrap and facial. As always, Hannah is welcoming, friendly and explains how the process works. Looking forward to my next visit.

Very relaxing. Hannah was well informed and provides a welcoming and warm space. The treatment (lypolean and saunablanket) was extremely relaxing and I am surprised and delighted with the results so far. Definitely going back for more treatments. Already booked in for the bingo wings!

Had a lovely experience of the sauna blanket, with a facial which was amazing, face feels fantastic now. Would highly recommend.
