Natalie if clearly very experienced at what she does, and I trust her completely. The treatment today was a bit uncomfortable in areas, but Natalie pre-warned me about this so I knew what to expect and she made sure I was as comfortable as I could be.

Had a patch test for a 3 area package and was very happy. Heather explained how the laser works and also discussed how the machine is set up to work for my skin and hair etc. Clinic was very clean and welcoming. Heather answered all my questions and I can not wait to start my sessions.
