I came back for my follow-up appointment 4weeks post treatment today, again well organised on the ball friendly and most of sanitary, Charlotte is a brilliant nurse can’t fault her knowledge, absolute perfectionist! in this job that is what you want!! Happy with my experience and my work! Would definitely recommend! Again being a first time at this sort of thing I was quite anxious coming into all of this but walking away feeling happy and comfortable in my skin !

This was my first time having any sort of cosmetics done, from the start Charlotte was kind, friendly and welcoming, just what you need when you’re a newbie! I was a complete novice, charlottes knowledge and insight was brilliant. She was able to talk me through things explain things to me and make me feel at ease about the whole thing, it was very easy and simple to book, availability was brilliant. On the day things ran very smoothly, everything was very clean, lovely little set up to might I add, will definitely be going back and recommending!

I have been to Charlotte for numerous treatments including Botox, filler and skin boosters, Charlotte listened to what I wanted and I was so happy with my treatments, it was exactly what I asked for! Charlotte made me feel completely comfortable and kept checking in to make sure I was okay, I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my treatments! Will 100% be returning!

Excellent microneedling facial from Terry. He explained in great detail everything he did from start to finish and the results are fantastic. Beautiful and clean home salon. Highly recommend!

After doing so much research I found Terry’s page, and booked a consultation. Since then after being instantly put at ease and having an in-depth discussion, I’ve had 3 sessions of Microneedling & Chemical Peels, and the experience has just been fantastic.
