My first sports massage with Kenley was great. She really listened to me about the pain I was in, she then tailored the treatment to work on those areas. Following the treatment I could really see a difference in my.movement and have booked in for another session.

I went to Big Beauty and Relaxation today for a hot stone massage - I entered very tense and stressed but after Ros worked her magic I floated home. It was amazing!! She has the magic touch. The massage was firm but relaxing which is difficult to do, I should know I’ve tried many therapists and no one has got it just right… until now. I 100% recommend and will be a regular client.
