She took the time to explain every step of the process, which really helped me relax since I didn’t know what to expect. So I’m a newbie when it comes to lashes and I must say had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. She is very pleasant and informative. The application process was so gentle and soft…I barely felt anything, and the results were amazing. My lashes look full and natural. Definitely looking forward to going again❤️

Shakera is a gem truly. Halfway through my session my chest locked off and I swear I was about to meat Jesus, my head started pounding and I began to feel like I was going to have to call it quits. Nope, she adjusted everything to make my experience better, slowed it down, talked to me, stood up and did the treatment. My experience was 20/10 and will definitely be recommending

My experience was lovely, peaceful, and comfortable. I was so peaceful and comfortable that I slept during my appointment. The young lady was very professional and took her time to explain the various options and styles available to me. When finished she ensured that I wasnot in pain; that everything was to my liking; my eyes were not red; etc. She did a great job and I left a happy and satisfied client who booked her follow up appointment there and then one time. It was an amazing experience, Shakira gave excellent service from start to finish. Starting with an intro and explaining as she goes through the facial analysis and service, I felt extremely comfortable, no discomfort.
