Everything is explained and the IR sauna is toasty and hot, perfect for that sweat session to remove toxins from your body. Great new addition! Thanks for sharing this little gem in Somerville. The ladies at Bio Haven are gorgeous, friendly and genuinely go out of their way to help. The space is still growing but the direction is spot on and what they’ve created so far is a solid foundation. Looking forward to getting stuck into more of the equipment on offer. I attended Bio Haven in Somerville today and I can not speak more highly of my experience. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is so tranquil, the staff Sheree and Claire take care of your every need, my needs were met with compassion and kindness. The experience of HoCatt was beyond what I imagined. I have come away feeling, energised, lighter, and have a lot more clarity. I highly recommend Bio Haven and I have already booked my next session.
