My experience at Alma Beaty was more than 5 stars! Sandra was so amazing from my initial enquiry right through until the end. I wasn’t sure what treatment to book as I have never had a facial and I’m getting married in two weeks! She was so welcoming and understanding when I arrived a couple minutes late, and instantly relaxed me with her friendly nature as we became acquainted. She first assessed my skin before advising which facial to get, which was the SOS and it was so pampering and soothing. I thought I’d fall asleep but we both chatted away the whole time which was so beautiful!

I had injured my arm and was having difficulty moving it. Certain movements were quite painful, and I couldn't move my arm in some directions. After receiving the back treatment　including my arm and neck, I noticed an immediate improvement and was able to move my arm in directions that had been difficult before.
