Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

First time at a hairdressers in a good few years due to physical and mental health issues and this has made me want to go back again and again and again 🥲 it might have only been a little trim but I've walked out feeling like I could conquer the world (in actual fact, I've conquered the hill on the walk home but it still counts!!). Hannah was really lovely! I booked for luxury pedicure, but forgot to book for gel! So, she did fit me in for a mini pedicure and gel paint! And she did amazing job, even with the mini pedicure my feet feel fresh, and I love the nails! I ve been through chemotherapy, so my nails are not in a good condition but she made them looks fab! Feel confident to wear my sandals again! Booked my next appointment already. :)

Excellent. Curly hair can be tricky and I dread having it cut because I never feel really happy. Ebony listened to everything I said and did exactly what I asked for. She clearly understood curly hair and gave me the best cut and style. She used just the right amount of product and dried it perfectly. For once I didn’t look in the mirror and think “it’ll look fine once I’ve styled it myself”. Really pleased with the result and the service. Thank you, I shall be back!

Fantastic experience yesterday with Adam. Highlights were perfect just how I wanted them. He was very professional, his customer service towards the clients was amazing and he was so polite and well mannered. Nothing was to much trouble. Also a young girl who I believe is an apprentice there was so willing to learn and hung on his every word when he spoke and guided her in the right direction. I will definitely be back for this service with Adam and cannot recommend it highly enough. What a great team member and asset. Many thanks Adam I love it.

I had the best experience thanks to Renai! I haven’t had my hair coloured in nearly 5 years and so I had no idea what I wanted style or colour wise, Renai helped me choose style and colour and honestly it’s the best my hairs ever looked! I can’t recommend them enough and look forward to my next appointment!
