Always look forward to getting my nails done by Jess. I come out with beautiful nails and feeling lighter and if I hadnt had my lashes tinted I'd have mascara running down my face; she's provides a listening ear, is hilarious and a damn good beautician.

Fantastic day spent with the owner Amber on my first day learning level 2 in skincare. Amber is a true professional, she goes over things in a way you just get it, she also has a lot of patience. Her demonstrations are amazing. She has gone above and beyond for me, if your looking for training don’t go anywhere else 5 stars.

Bay Beauty heroes came to my rescue today. Despite being incredibly busy with the Christmas rush Jasmine and little Amber managed to rejig appointments to sort out my emergency lash problem (lashes had been done elsewhere as I was too slow to get December booking in). Lovely Toni removed them with her usual gentle and professional touch. Lesson learnt- get myself booked in early next Christmas. Thank you ladies!

I have frequently visited Bay Beauty for a number of years for various treatments and always found the experience excellent. All the girls are friendly, professional and take great care and pride in their work. The atmosphere is always pleasant and it’s clear that the team all respect and appreciate each other. I myself, have worked in similar salons and this is definitely not always the case, causing a tension in the air that is picked up by clients. So well done management! The treatments are of an exceptional standard and products used are high quality. The salon is spotless. Great!
