Charlotte was absolutely amazing. I had a piercing today and she handled me with ease considering just was not the simplest of clients. She knew what I needed before I did. Lucy was also fantastic, supporting me through the entire thing. So happy with my choice, piercer and piercing. Would highly recommend! If I decide to have anymore i know where I am going!
